✨✨Cancellation Policy | Vibe & Flow✨✨

We value your time and energy, and we’re committed to providing a relaxing experience that’s respectful of everyone’s schedule. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Individual Sessions (Reiki & Sound Baths)

• Cancellations/reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a session credit.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% fee.

• No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment will be non-refundable.

Floating Sound Baths & Group Events

• Cancellations/reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will incur a 50% charge.

• No-shows or day-of cancellations are non-refundable due to limited space and setup preparations.

Late Arrivals

• If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened.

• Arrivals 15+ minutes late without notice may be marked as a no-show and not refunded.

Emergency Exceptions

We understand life happens. In the case of emergencies, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate a reschedule.
